Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop customized care plans for each client
• Administer medications and provide medical treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota
• Previous experience in home health care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
