Part-Time Caregiver Job Description

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is currently seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Provide medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to accommodate client needs.
